1. YOUR APU D'APU JEWEL MAINTENANCE:

How do I clean my Apu D'Apu jewelry?

Yes, it is a good idea to clean your jewelry regularly.

The easiest way is soak it a moment under soap water. Then running fresh water. Finally, dry it with a soft and gentle textile. That one for sun glasses will work well.

You can also use those silver cleaning sprays you buy in the supermarket. Always remember to than rise it under running water and dry with soft cloth.

Why did my jewel become yellowish?

Dear, your Apu D'Apu piece is made in 950 solid silver. This league is the purest silver you can use in jewelry. It is not supposed to become yellowish not to tarnish. In case it does become yellowish, it shows there is too much acitity in your body. It basically works as an alarm, it is time to alkalinize yourself with a proper diet, before your health system gets compromised.

Please, take your jewel off before entering into the Ocean.

4. PROCESSING TIME

Europe: 7 working days

USA/ CANADA/ AUSTRALIA: 14-21 working days

Rest of the world: 21 working days

If you need your piece for a particular date, please write me a note. I will make all possible to get you the delivery by that day.

Please note, in this corona times, I notice huge delays in deliveries to USA & UK. I recommend you order with the large advance of 2 months.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your money is safe here. We have your back.

You have 3 days time since delivery to write me and request your money back. No conditions. Item has to be shipped back to me within 30 days. This return shipment will be on your charge. Once I receive the item back, you get your refund. Obviously, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
